Advocacy, individualized education plan, correspondence school observation, evaluation of school programs, referrals, Section 504, and mediation.

A review of school records and previous evaluations, followed by a meeting with the parents, enables me to give parents a clear understanding of their child’s needs and a direction for their child’s school program. Proudly serving all of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

School Programs

Evaluation and comparison of school programs allow me to make recommendations about school and program placement issues. I am available to visit schools, review curriculums, and determine if there is a good fit between the student and the school.

School Observations

Advocacy-IEP school correspondence, school observation, evaluation of school programs, referrals, Section 504, and mediation. School observations enable me to gather information about the child’s functioning in the classroom. An observation provides information about the functional skills in a group setting. The child’s ability to attend, follow directions, complete work, and interact with others is best observed in the classroom.
